Culinary: Does it mean it’s not delicious?

If someone does not finish a meal you prepared, does it mean it’s not delicious

More than half the time I think ‘yes’. Every woman loves to be showered praises for her culinary skills, it gives her a special sense of joy.

For a man, it’s ego exciting the moment they learn how beautiful their culinary skills are.

I have never met anyone who doesn’t wish to be really good with culinary. Even those who claim they hate to cook wished they were as good. It is the result of failure and the fear of subsequent fails, Mageirocophobia, that makes them resolve to hatred for cooking; no other reason would have been appropriate.

Delicious? Yes or No?
Truth be told having excellent culinary skills is an attractive quality.

So back to my question; if someone doesn’t finish a meal you prepared, what does it mean?

Could it be that they couldn’t eat anymore, maybe their stomachs got so full? But if it were as delicious, wouldn’t they try their best to get to the root of all ends of the plate… No one resists a delicious meal right?

O yes!  I have another question or maybe two or three…how exactly do you feel when someone doesn’t finish a meal you prepared or worst off you see them cursing under their breath as they eat?

For me, the worst is the numb feeling. You must say something after eating my meal. Directly or stylishly, Good or bad, you must say. How can you eat my meal and become dumb afterwards huh😐? The meal didn’t make you dumb right?

So tell me how you really feel *In drakes voice*😊

Err for me I know is almost always very good, if I get no remark I would just take it to be that you did not appreciate my food.

I always ask if it’s good or bad. If it’s good to me and they tell me it’s bad, it doesn’t bother me.

If I serve someone food and the person doesn’t finish it, I’d assume I ruined their appetite with my bad cooking. So when next they come around, I’ll give them water to drink.

Cooking for me is a big deal. Yes, I enjoy cooking..but I enjoy it even more when I’m cooking for others. I like to impress, so you can imagine where this is going. If you’re one of the very few folks allowed to dish your own food from my pots, and you dish and still don’t finish what you dished.. I simply take it that you’re wasteful and silly. And your dishing privileges end that day. And if you’re part of the group that I have to ‘serve’, I would usually ask how much you can take, and with your… Read more »
